Please read below our current MANDATORY policies and protocols regarding COVID-19 safety.


These are required for us to strictly adhere to provincial health guidelines.

We will continually update them as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Client Safety Policies and Protocols

Anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days must self-isolate at home; symptoms include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and new muscle aches or headache.


Anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate must follow those instructions.


Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada, or who is a contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, must self-isolate for 14 days and monitor for symptoms.

You must contact your service provider to cancel if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or any of the above situations apply to you. Appointments cancelled due to physical illness will not be charged a late cancellation fee.


Hours of Operation: We are open by appointment only - Walk-ins and additional guests are not permitted.


Arrival: Please do not arrive earlier than your appointed time. Once at the front door, please ring the doorbell and wait outside to be welcomed in by your service provider.


Hygiene: Mandatory hand sanitizer application at front desk on arrival. Alcohol spray and wipes available for your smart device after hand sanitizer is used. Please avoid removing your mask unless it is necessary to do so. Thorough hand washing after using the restroom.


Food & Drink: No food permitted. Outside beverages permitted. We apologize that we are not able to serve client refreshments at this time.


Masks: Please arrive wearing a non-medical mask. Mask is required to be worn over nose and mouth area before entering the premises. Please avoid removing your mask from your nose and mouth area unless it is necessary to do so. Clients are required to provide their own mask.


Booking: Please refer to your service provider’s instructions.

Payment: Please refer to your service provider’s instructions.


Hair Clients: Please consider that your mask may get wet and/or stained during your service.


Nail Clients: Use of smart device not permitted during hand services.


Departure: Waiting area is closed due to social distancing requirements. Please exit the premises once your service is complete to prevent congestion in the front area.
