Refunds

All sales are final. Personal hygiene products are just that - personal! We hope you love our products as much as we do. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction but we know everyone is unique and so are their preferences. Our best efforts have been made to accurately describe and represent all the products on our website.

Any order discrepancy or product defects must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of delivery.

*Any costs incurred as a result of package being returned due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the responsibility of the customer. (All additional freight charges will be billed to the customer)

*Please Note: any PayPal or Credit Card, Direct Debt refunds issued as a result of order cancellation will be subject to a 3.5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue. IMPORTANT: Liquid leaks are not uncommon during shipping transit. We inspect and pack your order in perfect condition with all seals in tact and secure. Leaks do not qualify as defective/damaged. The courier will be responsible for any items damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
